Hot Stamping Die Cutting Machines
Automatic flatbed die cutting is the core converting step for folding cartons. Khyati Traders supplies automatic die cutting machines in three configurations: die cutting with stripping (C106Q / C80Q / R130Q), plain automatic die cutting (C106 / C80 / R130) and combined die cutting with hot foil stamping (R-130Y) for foil-decorated luxury cartons.
Sheet sizes span the 80 cm, 106 cm and 130 cm formats used for cigarette, wine, cosmetics and gift-box packaging, with automatic feeding, delivery and — on Q models — in-line waste stripping to remove manual blanking.
These machines pair naturally with our screen presses for decoration before cutting and with our folder gluers for the final carton.
