The JB-106C is Jinbao's premier servo-driven full automatic stop cylinder screen press. The super-precision pneumatic squeegee system combines electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic technologies for automatic, fully programmable squeegee pressure control throughout every print cycle. The servo motor drive provides high-accuracy transmission and fully automated operation. The pneumatic side-lay registration system uses vacuum suction to prevent graphic side-print damage. An optional cold foil application module (JB-106ZT) integrates inline UV cold foil stamping — making the JB-106C one of the most versatile screen press platforms available for premium packaging and specialty finishing.
